Pattern : Dan Gun (21 Moves) Yellow signifies the earth from which a plant sprouts and takes root as Tae Kwon-Do foundations are being laid.

Thoery 

Dan Gun 
– 21 Movements 
Meaning – Dan Gun is named after the Holy Dan Gun, the legendary founder of Korea in the year 2333 B.C. 
Starting Position – Narani Chunbi Sogi 
What is 3 Step Sparring? – 3 Step Sparring is designed for the beginner to learn the basic techniques. It teaches the student many things i.e. proper distance, correct facing, forearm conditioning, correct blocks, correct stances, counter attacks and timing. 

Korean

• Inward – Anaero 
• Outward – Bakaero 

Parts of the Body: 
• Palm – Sonbadak 
• Backfist – Dung Joomuk
